Pilots and Cabin Crew atRyanair,Buzz,Malta AirandLauda Europecan import flight data as follows:

• eCrew OCR: grab your roster from eCrew, and import with CrewLounge AERO
• Netline PDF: download historical flight records in the crewroom, and import with CrewLounge PILOTLOG
• EFBVoyage Report: forward your EFB email to our Ryanair EFB Inbox, and import with CrewLounge PILOTLOG

eCrew OCR

You can import your roster with our OCR interface, as follows:

Mobile (iOS / Android)

Config

1. Launch the CrewLounge PILOTLOG or CONNECT app
2. On the Settings - Airline Interface page, select eCrew (OCR) for Ryanair,Buzz,Malta AirorLauda Europe

Import

1. Login to Ryanair My-eCrew web portal, and navigate to your current roster
2. Long-tap the roster and Add to Photos (*)
3. In the Photo Gallery, select the roster and press Share With
4. Share the image with the PILOTLOG or CONNECT app

(*) you may skip image save, and immediately select "Share With", if that option is available on your phone or tablet

Config

1. Login to My CrewLounge and navigate to Roster > Upload Roster (here)
2. Select eCrew (OCR) for Ryanair,Buzz,Malta AirorLauda Europe

Import

1. Login to the Ryanair My-eCrew web portal, and navigate to your current roster
2. Right-mouse click the roster and Save Image/Picture to your computer (.jpg / .jpeg / .jfif / .png)
3. Login to My CrewLounge and navigate to Roster > Upload Roster (here)
4. Click the Browse button and select the roster image that you had downloaded

OCR Processing

Your flight schedule is published through an image. The image is of poor quality and has a watermark with the aim of hindering OCR (Optical Character Recognition) by third-party apps.

CrewLounge AERO uses a powerful OCR engine to read the data from your roster. Given the poor image quality provided by eCrew, the initial OCR output contains numerous errors. With in-house developedAI (Artificial Intelligence), we correct those reading errors as much as possible.

Our AI works in three different levels to arrive at a final result. The program code trains itself and is getting smarter. You will notice that the number of remaining issues decreases over time. You understand that we cannot disclose further technical details about our technology.But just to give you an example, if the OCR reads "BGI" as the destination airport, our AI will automatically correct that into "BRI" or "BGY", since BGI (an airport in Barbados) is not a Ryanair destination (for sure you would have liked that :).

Disclaimer: By using the OCR interface, you understand and you agree that we cannot be held responsible for any errors in your roster, including missing events, wrong hours, wrong roster codes, and wrong airfield codes. Similar to relaying on automation in the co*ckpit, you must always verify the output! You remain ultimately responsible for any errors in the system.

Verification & Acceptance

As a final step before the schedule is saved to the database, you need to review and confirm the events.

When you import your schedule via theCrewLounge PILOTLOGorCONNECTmobileapp, you will be redirected to theMy CrewLoungeweb portal.

Note: The first time you login to My CrewLounge, you will have to proceed with 2FA (Two Factor Authentication). Keep your CrewLounge AERO password at hand when you download your roster!

The OCR QUEUE page in My CrewLounge is an intermediate step after OCR-scanning and AI-enhancement, before saving your roster to the cloud database. Errors that cannot be fixed through AI are colored red. You must fix these issues prior to submitting your roster.

There are separate buttons for importing your PUBLISHED ROSTER and PLANNED ROSTER. The import will be finalized as soon as you click on the button(s).

Netline PDF

Download your historical flight records from the crewroom PC network. Forward the PDF to your private computer via email or USB memory stick.

In CrewLounge PILOTLOG, select the Ryanair Netline PDFinterface from the Settings - Airline Interface page. Import the PDF through the Airlinepage of the desktop or mobile apps.
