Cabin Crew
The first thing you’re probably wondering is if you need previous flying experience, and you don’t. We’ll give you all the training you need. It’s fair to say no two days – or two flights – are ever the same, but we can give you an idea of what to expect. Safety is always a number one priority and you’ll play a key role in our onboard experience, from safety demos to security checks.

It can be a big lifestyle change for a lot of people. This is not your typical Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 job. You’ll work on a roster and this could involve early mornings, evenings or weekend working. But you’ll also get days off to rest from flying. If you love variety, you’ll love Cabin Crew.
This is a fast-moving environment in every way you can imagine, and that includes career progression. You can apply to be a Cabin Manager after just 12 months as Crew.

Cabin Managers
Quite simply, you’re in charge of the cabin. You’ll oversee the safety and security of your Crew and the customers. You’ll inspire and guide your Cabin Crew, while providing an essential link between all teams, both on the ground and in the air. You’ll need strong leadership skills and to be ready to take responsibility for the smooth running of the cabin.
You’ll need at least 12 months’ flying experience in the past 5 years. It almost goes without saying that you’ll share our commitment to customer service and safety.
