Even Cow Girls Get The Blues

The soundtrack to Gus Van Sant's movie "Even Cow Girls Get The Blues." But they say that this album was less successful in the respect of the sales. kd said in the interview of Q magazine (Oct. 95) after her next album All You Can Eat released. "I'm glad it failed. It jerked me back into reality. It's strange, because I think I'm pretty level-headed about success. But after a successful record, it's like; 'Great! Every record I put out will be a success.' Even I was thinking that way. Then, when Cowgirls failed, it was actually good. I mean, it was hard, I was upset because we'd worked hard on that. But it was nice because by the time we came to write this record, All You Can Eat, we'd abandoned all pre-conceived notions of what the results were gonna be. We just wrote it for the benefit of our own pleasure." Apart from the failure in the sales, I can assert you can find her various talent through this album. I hope you like it. Am I Warner's staff? No! Please! I found the album jacket of France version has a paper cover using another kd photo.
